64 oz. chicken broth3 cloves garlic1 large onion1 celery heart with all the leaves in the center5-6 carrots peeled and sliced into coins1 large Turnip1 large Parsnip1/4 head of cabbage sliced thin and cut to bite sized strips6 medium white potatoswater to thin for cooking2+ cups milk, I used 1%salt to tastepepper to tasteMrs. Dash or All Purpose Chef's Shake to taste
heat broth add garlic and onion diced then add all vegetables diced in equal size. Simmer till tender. Add water as needed to keep it from getting too thick. Add milk at the end and heat through.
