Low Carb Beef Enchilada Bake

Ingredients
8 oz. cream cheese2 eggs7 oz. cheddar cheese1 pound ground beef1 can enchilada sauce4 oz. green chilis4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Beat or whisk softened cream cheese and eggs until smooth. Stir in 7 oz. of cheese. Spread in greased 9X13 baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Let stand 5-10 minutes before adding topping. Brown hamburger and drain fat. Stir in enchilada sauce and chiles. Spread over crust. Top with 4 oz. of cheese. Bake another 20 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. Serve with tomatoes, lettuce black olives, sour cream, etc.
