Beef Roast Supreme

Ingredients
2 lb. Bottom Round Roast1 packet Lipton Onion Soup mix1 can Campbell's 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup (condensed)1 medium onion, chopped
Directions
Place chopped onion on large piece of foil. Place roast on top of onion. Sprinkle soup mix on roast. Top with condensed soup. Seal foil tightly and place on baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 3 1/2 to 4 hours. Makes 6 - 5 oz. servings.
