Oatmeal Raisin Pudding with Steel Cut Oats

Steel Cut OatsNonfat MilkVanilla ExtractCinnamonNutmegRaisins
Directions
Prepare oats as you normally would, and put aside.

Combine all ingredients in a pot, and bring to a boil. Then lower heat, and let simmer for approximately 20 min, stirring occasionally until you get your desired consistency.

This comes out so fluffy because the oats are cooked twice.
