Cucumber "Gyro" Sauce

Ingredients
2 cups sour cream1 medium cucumber1/4 tsp salt1 clove garlic
Directions
Puree cucumber in food processor and strain off extra liquid. Combine salt, garlic, and sour cream and whip until blended. Add pureed cucumber and mix. Chill and serve.
