Ingredients
1 lb lean ground chicken4 large onions 4 ribs celery2 red peppers1 jalapeno4 cloves garlic3 cans tomatoes1 tsp cinnamon3 tbsp chili powder1 tbsp cocoa powder1 tbsp dried red chili peppers1 can each Red Kidney Beans, Black Beans, Pinto Beans1 cup frozen corn
Directions
boil chicken in large pot boiling water. drain. return to pot. add onions, celery and peppers. Stir fry (do not add any oil) until onions are soft. add garlic, tomatoes, spices. bring to a simmer. Add beans and corn. Return to a simmer. Add tomato paste if required to thicken. Cook 30 minutes.

Makes 18 1 cup servings.
Freezes well.
