Veal and sweet potato chili

3 med onion6 stalks celery chopped1 cup sweet corn2 jalepenos whole1/2 sweet potato peeled and chopped2 cans chopped stew tomato no salt added (56 oz)10 cloves garlic chopped400 grams cooked veal drained2 cups canned pasta sauce1 tsp herbemere1 tblsp chili powder1 tsp cayene pepper1 tblsp hot sauce1 pinch gros salt2 bay leaves
Makes 12 servings
brown veal in small amount water sprinkle with herbemere and add 4 cloves garlic, drain
saute vegetables in small amount of water off veal.
combine and add rest of ingredients cook over low heat 2 hours.
