Edamame, frozen, unprepared, 0.75 CupSpinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) yields1 can Chickpeas (garbanzo beans)Garlic, 4 clovesTahini, 4 tbspOlive Oil, 2 tbsp1 tsp Red Pepper Flake
Directions
Combine in food processor. Can add water or chickpea juice for smoother consistency.

    First use of edamame and I accidently bought shelled. I missed the unprepared detail and cooked it first. I used fresh spinach that I wilted first. It was still great. I love hummus and this will be on my list. At my son's suggestion I added lemon. The protein number is great.. - 6/10/13
