Sourdough Buckwheat Pancakes

Ingredients
1 cup sourdough starter1/2 cup buckwheat flour1/4 cup whole wheat flour.5 tsp baking soda3 tbs powdered butter milk.75 cup of water1 egg beaten1.5 tbs melted butter.5 tsp almond extract1 tsp sugar
Directions
mix as regular pancakes, adjust water as needed to then down.

Heat griddle and use pam or cooking spray
1/4 cup ladle works great!
