Sizzling shrimp with garlic, and capers

1 pound deveined, and cooked medium shrimp1 tsp. creole seasoningPAM Colive oile cooking spray2 TBL chopped garlic1 C 97%Fat Free Chicken Broth2 TBL lemon juice1/4 C chopped Red Oinions1/4 C sliced leek2 TBL Capers
1. Remove the tails from the shrimp, and toss with the Creole Seasoning, then set aside.
2. In a non stick skillet spray PAM then saute the onion, leek, and garlic. Saute quickly DO NOT brown the garlic (it will be bitter)
3.quickly add the shrimp and warm through.
4. Add broth, lemon juice, and capers and heat for another minute.
Serve over Miracle Noodles
