Breadless Turkey Veggie Roll

Ingredients
1 large slice deli non-smoked turkey2 teaspoons honey mustardsprinkling of nutmegabout 1/2 cup baby spinach leavestwo quarter inch slices of red pepperone serving mozzarella string cheese
Directions
Spread honey mustard on turkey breast and sprinkle with nutmeg. Layer spinach leave at one end of turkey, then two strips of red pepper with cheese next to them. Roll up and eat!
