Ingredients
Easy soup to make- saute all the veggies, onion and garlic in huge soup pot. When limp (before caramalized) add pre-cooked beans, broth and the rest of the ingredients. Simmer for an hour and serve with home made cornbread (or sourdough). YUM! and oh so good for you!Enjoy this during the snow season...

makes 14 1.5 cup servings--- big batch of soup to freeze for later. It will keep up to 6 months frozen.
