Flax Cornbread

Ingredients
Corn meal 1 cup1 cup mix of white & whole wheat flourSalt, 3/4 tspHoney, 1 tbspBaking Powder 1 tspBaking soda 1/2 tspVegetable oil, 2 tbsp"buttermilk" 1 1/2 cup milk with 1 1/2 tbsp white vinegar
Directions
Combine the milk & vinegar and set aside to turn into "buttermilk". Meanwhile, mix the cornmeal, flour mix, baking soda/powder, salt together. Then add the buttermilk, honey and oil.

Pour into an iron skillet (or a greased pan) and sprinkle with flax seed on top. Bake at 400F for 25 minutes, or until a fork comes out clean from the center.

Immediately dunk into a delicious hot chili :)
