Egg Cups

Ingredients
Egg, fresh, 5 large Milk, nonfat, .5 cup Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.25 cup, chopped Bacon, 3 medium slices, cooked and choppedMozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 1 oz shredded*Margarine, 70% vegetable oil spread, .5 tbsp to grease pan
Directions
mix eggs and milk with salt and pepper to taste.

pour into greased muffin tins

add in finely chopped green pepper and bacon.

top with a little bit of cheese

bake at 350 for 18 minutes.
