Nutty Gluten Free Waffles

Ingredients
Brown Rice FlourQuinoa FlourPotato Starch (not flour)Tapioca Flour/StarchSugarBaking PowderSaltCanola OilEggsButtermilkWalnutsFlax Seed Meal
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients together except for the walnuts and flax seed. Mix all wet ingredients together, then combine the dry with the wet and mix well. Stir walnuts and flax seed meal in last. Batter will be very thick. Pour or ladle about 1/4 cup onto each quadrant of a hot 8" waffle iron and close iron. Bake approximately five minutes. Makes 24 - 4 inch square waffles.
