Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 1 cup (remove)low sodium chicken broth, 1 cup Jalapeno Pepper, 1 pepper,seeds & ribs removedChili powder, 2 tbsp Cumin,ground 2 tsp Oregano, ground, 1 tspGarlic, 3 cloves Corky's Memphis' Own Bar-B-Q Sauce, 8 tbsp ( or any sweet BBQ sauce of your choice)*worstershire sauce, 2 tbsp ( I prefer the low sodium kind)Flour Tortillas, 49 grams Chicken Breast, no skin, 32 ounces
Place all ingredients, except the flour tortillas into a slow cooker and cook on low until meat is easily shredded with a fork,4-6 hours depending on your slow cooker..Remove meat from the pot, and shred when cool enough to handle. Transfer sauce to a large saucepan; reduce to BBQ sauce thickness, or until it is the thickness you like. Mix the sauce with the meat, serve in tortillas or on a bun of your choice.
