Pork and Rice Meatballs

Ingredients
1/2 cup dry white rice2 eggs, beaten1 Tbls. Chili Powder2 Tsp Ground Cumin1/2 Tsp. each Garlic Powder, dried Oregano leaves, and ground Coriander1 Lb. ground Pork
Directions
Stir all ingredients (except pork) together in a large bowl. Add pork, mix until combines, then shape into balls about the size of a walnut. Chill until ready to use.
