Ingredients:Carrots, raw, 2 large, chopped Green beans, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) Onions, raw, 1 large *Potato, raw, 4 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cooksalt and pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 300. place breasts in large, heavy pot (cast iron). Peel pots, sliced 1/2" thick & place on top of chicken.

Peel & quarter onion. Peel carrots, & chop. Seperate frozen green beans place in pot. Sprinkle contents w/parsley flakes. Season lightly w/salt & pepper. Pour 1/2 C water & bake 2 hours or until tender
