Stove Top Rigatoni and Sausage

8 oz rigatoni/pene pasta (about 3 cups)8 oz kielbasa sausage sliced2 tbsp flour1 cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded4 oz cream cheese cubed1 tbsp brown mustard1 tsp garlic1 tsp italian seasoning1/2 tsp salt1/2 pepper
1. Cook pasta in boiling water for 10 min. or until almost tender. drain
2. in a small heavy bottomed saucepan cook sausage over medium heat for 3 min. or until lightly browned. drain well wipe pan clean
3. In a medium bowl place flour Whisk in milk until smooth add to pan, bring to a boil. Whisking constantly over medium high heat. Stir in cheeses,, mustard, garlic powder, italian seasoning. and salt Reduce heat to mediumm low and cook stirring constantly for 3 min. or until smoothe Stir in sausage and cooked pasta and cook 1 min. longer. sprinkle with pepper.
