Bechamel Sauce

Ingredients
* Butter, salted, 5 tbsp (remove) * Milk, 1%, 4 cup (remove) * *Flour, white, 0.312 cup (remove)salt to tastenutmeg if desiredgarlic powder to taste
Directions
Melt butter over medium heat
add flour, stir,
heat milk separately, don't let it boil, just get warm.
Add milk 1 cup at a time
stir for 10 mins or so, until thickened. Can add salt, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese to taste.
