Amanda's Easy Turkey Chili

Ingredients
1 lb 97% lean ground turkey1 packet 33% reduced sodium chili mix1 cans organic diced tomatos1 medium onion1 can corn1 can no salt added black beans1 green bell pepper
Directions
sautee onion in 1 tsp olive oil (add pepper-salt (optional))

brown turkey in w/ onions and pepper

add packet of seasoning

add canned tomatoes, corn, beans

let simmer for 1 hr.

Makes approx 4 servings (1.5 cups)
