Dutch Apple Pancakes

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups of flour1 Tbsp sugar2 1/2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt1 tsp ground cinnamon2 eggs1 1/2 cups milk1 Tbsp melted butter2 medium apples, peeled, cored, and grated
Directions
Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl. In a smaller bowl, beat eggs until frothy. Melt butter and add it with the milk to the eggs. Peel, core, and grate the apples into the wet ingredients, and combine with dry ingredients just until mixed. Pour 1/4 cup batter onto hot griddle (you can use a small amount of butter) and cook until browned. Flip pancakes and cook other side until browned.
