2 cans Atlantic salmon1.25 sleeves hy-vee wheat saltines2 lrg eggstbs olive oilmakes 6 patties
Directions
Drain salmon add to mixing bowl. Crush crackers and add to salmon, add eggs and mix well with hands. Form 6 patties and fry in olive oil.
