Tex-Mex Chicken and Black Bean Filling for wrap or salad

Ingredients
8 oz. Chicken Breast1/2 packet Taco Seasoning1 can Black Beans1 can Corn1/2 Yellow Bell Pepper (sliced) 1/2 Red Bell pepper (sliced)Olive Oil
Directions
Cut raw chicken into small (1/4-1/2 in) cubes.Toss in a bowl with taco seasoning until chicken is coated. Heat oil in skillet and brown chicken. After chicken is browned add other ingredients and cook 5-7 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and bell peppers are tender.

Makes 7 servings
Serve with your favorite wrap or on top of a bed of greens.
