garlic soy shrimp

Ingredients
*Shrimp, Kirkland Raw 21-25per pound (about 6), 12 oz (remove)Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)Garlic, 5 cloves (remove)Ginger Root, 3 tsp (remove)*Kitchen Basics Natural Chicken Cooking Stock, 1 cup (remove)*Sauce - Soy Sauce - La Choy, 2 tbsp (remove)Butter, salted, 1 tbsp (remove)*Franks Red Hot origional hot sauce, 1 tsp (remove)
Directions
Halve shrimp lengthwise. Heat oil in a 12-inch heavy skillet over medium-high heat until it shimmers. Add garlic, ginger, 1/4 teaspoon each of salt and pepper, and sauté until garlic is golden, 1 to 3 minutes. Add broth and shrimp and cook until shrimp are just cooked through, about 2 minutes. Stir together soy and cornstarch in a small bowl, then stir into shrimp sauce. Simmer sauce until slightly thickened, 1 minute.
