Cranberry Almond Granola Bars

Ingredients
1 1/2 Cup Rolled Oats1/4 Cup Wheat Germ1/4 Cup Flax Seed Meal (optional)1/4 Cup Powdered Milk1/2 Cup Dried Cranberries or Raisins1/4 Cup Ground Almonds5T Honey1/4 Cup Canola Oil1 Egg1/4 Tsp Vanilla Extract1/4 Tsp Cinnamon
Directions
Preheat Oven to 350

Mix all the dry ingredients together well.

Beat the egg well and all the other wet ingredients to the egg.

Combine dry and wet ingredients and press into 8x8 baking pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Cut into 8 or more granola bars. Enjoy!
