Chicken & Vegetable Mash-Up

Ingredients
Mixed Vegetables, frozen, (5 oz)Canned Chicken, 1 can Mushrooms, 1 canbalsamic vinegar, 1 tbspSoy Sauce, 2 tspOlive Oil, 1 tbspSalad & Vegetable Seasoning 1/4 teaspoonGinger, ground, 1 tbsp Pepper, black, 1 tsp Honey, 1 tbsp
Directions
Heat frying pan and put in olive oil. Once hot, put in mushrooms and saute for about 2 minutes. Next, add the vegetables, continue to stir. Add balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, ginger, and salad seasoning. Cover and let simmer until vegetables are the right consistency. Add the chicken and pepper. When chicken is heated through, finally add the honey and simmer for a few more minutes.
