Boston Baked Beans (lower carb)

Ingredients
1 lb Navy Beans1/2 to 3/4 cup Onion, finely diced1/4 cup Brown Sugar1/4 cup Sugar Free Maple Syrup1 tsp dry mustard2 T Ketchup1 T Worcestershire Sauce1 T (or less) Balsamic Vinegar1 T Extra Virgin Olive Oil2 T KC Masterpiece BBQ Sauce2 heaping T Soy Bacon Bits3 Cups Water
Directions
Rinse and sort out bad beans. Soak overnight (water should be at least an inch above the beans). Rinse and Drain. Add 3 cups water and bring just to a boil on the stove top. Remove from heat and let sit for 1 hour. Transfer beans to slow cooker, add remaining ingredients and cook on low for 5- 6 hours (covered). Remove cover and cook on high stirring often until enough liquid cooks out and beans are the softness and consistency you want.
