4 Meat Meatloaf

Ingredients
1 lb. ground chicken1 lb. 93% lean ground beef1 lb. pork sausage1 lb. ground turkey1 box turkey stuffing mix, dry2 c. shredded cheese, your choice2 jumbo eggs2 c. onion, chopped1 c. green pepper, chopped1 13oz. can evaporated milk
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350*.
Mix all 4 meats in a large mixing bowl. Add eggs, stuffing mix, onions, green peppers, & shredded cheese. Mix well; add evaporated milk and continue mixing until all the liquid is mixed into the meat.
Put into a baking dish, shape into an oval or rectangle.
Cover meatloaf, bake for 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours. Uncover for 10-15 minutes to let the meatloaf brown on top. Add a little cheese to the top if you wish.
