Ingredients:•6 ounces thinly sliced smoked salmon•¼ cup onions•2 tablespoons fat-free cream cheese•2 toothpicks •Black pepper to taste
Preparation:
1. Spread softened cream cheese on the salmon
2. Sprinkle with onions. Sprinkle with pepper if desired.
3. Carefully roll up each slice, cut rolls into 1/2-inch slices or desired length, and stick with a toothpick.
4. Chill until ready to serve.
