Veggie Goldfish Crackers

Ingredients
* *Whole Wheat Flour, 0.5 cup (remove) * *Wheat flour, white, bread, enriched, .5 cup (remove) * Cheddar Cheese 2 %, 1 cup, shredded (remove) * Parmesan Cheese, hard, 1 oz (remove) * Spinach, fresh, 15 leaf (remove) * Carrots, raw, 1 cup, strips or slices (remove) * Butter, salted, 2 tbsp (remove) * Paprika, .5 tsp (remove) * *Onion powder, .5 tsp (remove)
Directions
process carrots and spinach in food processor... then add rest of ingredients and pulse until grainy... add 1 tbsp of water and pulse again... keep adding a tsp of water until it forms a ball/... wrap in plastic and refrigerate for atleast 30 minutes or more. transport to floured cutting board and roll out and make very tiny shapes... bake on a parchment lined baking sheet for 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Enjoy!
