Healthy General Tso's Chicken

Ingredients
16 ounces boneless, skinless chicken breast2 cups chopped broccoli1 cup sliced carrots1/2 cup General Tso's Stir Fry Sauce1/2 cup cashews1 large green onion, sliced
Directions
Cube chicken and saute in a skillet with a few sprays of cooking spray until brown. Remove chicken.

Add broccoli and carrots and add 1/4 cup water. Stir and then cover with lid. Cook vegetables for about 5 minutes.

Add chicken and General Tso's sauce. Cook until sauce thickens.

Add green onion and cashews; stir. Remove from heat and serve over rice. (rice not included in nutrition information)
