Easy Turnip Sautee

Ingredients
4 large turnips, diced1 tbsp olive oil1 shallot, minced1/4 c. low-sodium chicken stockSaltPepper Garlic Powder
Directions
Heat olive oil in skillet to shimmer. Add shallot and sautee till soft, stirring frequently. Add turnips in a single layer, cooking for 2 minutes. Add chicken stock and allow to simmer for 4-5 minutes (depending on how crunchy you like the veggies). Add salt, pepper, garlic powder or other spices to taste. Serve alongside the main course!
