*Brown Rice, long grain, 2 cup (remove)Water, tap, 4 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)Salt, 1 tsp (remove)Butter, unsalted, 1.5 tbsp (remove)*fresh onion, 1.5 cup (remove)Bush's Black eye peas, 2 cup (remove)old El Paso Green Chillies, 4 tbsp (remove)Garlic powder, 1.5 tsp (remove)Parsley, dried, 1 tsp (remove)Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)Sargento Reduced Fat Mexican Cheese (1/4 cup), 8 serving (remove)Friendship all natural cottage cheese, 2 cup (remove)*Sargento Classic Sharp Cheddar Shredded Natural Cheddar Cheese, 3 serving (remove)
cook rice per diections
melt buter and saute onions till soft
add to rice
assemble in layers
1/3 rice
1/2 jack cheese
1/2 cottage cheese
1/3 rice
1/2 jack cheese
1/3 rice
cheddar cheese
bake coverd @ 350 for about an hour till heated through and cheese is melted
