Vegetarian Chunky Chili

1 can Bush's Texas Chili Starter, Medium (1.75c)1 can Light Kidney Beans (1.75c)1 can Tomato with Green Chili (1.75c)1 green pepper1 medium onion1 small ear of corn4 oz. light beer2 cloves of garlic1 tsp paprika1.5 tsp chili powder1 tsp ground cumin2 tbsp ground oregano2 drops liquid smokesalt and pepper to taste
1. Dice onion and pepper. Remove corn from ear. Chop garlic.
2. Spray large pan with fat free cooking spray. Place diced onion and pepper in heated pan. Saute until soft, approximately 3 minutes. Add garlic and saute for one additional minute. Deglaze pan with light beer.
3. Add spices, corn, tomatoes, beans, and Chili Starter. Mix well.
4. Simmer on medium heat for 30 minutes.
