6 onions chopped2 peppers chopped2 carrots chopped1 bunch celery chopped100g mushrooms chopped2 tins chopped tomatoes1/2 head cabbage chopped6 litres stock
Directions
soften onions in oil
add other veg, tinned tomatoes and stock and simmer for about 2 hours.
