Ingredients
1 can chickpeas1 can pinto beans1 can white beans1 can succotash1 cup peppers1/2 cup onion13/ cup vinegar1/3 canola oil1 T. sugar4 packets Sun Crystal natural sweetner
Directions
Rinse beans, add sugar, substitute, vinegar, oil to all the other ingredients and stir, put in refrig., stir now and then while in refrig, let marinate over night. Can use any combination of beans.
