Tuna salad in a pita (low cal, high protein)

Ingredients
1 can of white tuna packed in water (112 g)2 tbsp. Hellmans light mayo15 grams of raw chopped onion15 grams of raw chopped celery1.5 c. of organic mixed greens1 Joseph's whole wheat pita w/ flax
Directions
Mix tuna, mayo, onion and celery in a bowl. Slice pita in half and stuff both sides with greens, and tuna salad. ENJOY
