Chili

Ingredients
2 cloves garlic2 small onions, in chunks1 green bell pepper, in chunks1 stalk celery, in chunks2 lbs. lean ground turkey10 oz. can tomato soup1/2 cup water2 cups red kidney beans2 Tbsp Chili powder1 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper1/2 tsp ground cumin1 tsp tabasco (optional)1 Tbsp Cocoa
Directions
Drop garlic, onions, green pepper and celery through food processor tube. Spray skillet with nonstick spray. Place vegetables and ground turkey in skillet to brown. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Simmer, uncovered, for about an hour, stirring often. Taste and adjust seasonings. Makes 6 servings.
