Ingredients:*Del Monte Sweet Corn Cream Style, 3.5 cup*1 (8.5 ounce) package jiffy corn muffin mixMilk, nonfat, .3 cup Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .25 cup*Kraft 2% Sharp Cheddar Cheese, 2 oz*Green Chili Peppers, canned, .7oz. can**Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 2 tbsp
Mix Corn muffin mix, egg, milk, can of creamed corn, green chili, and flax seed well.
Pour in 9x9 glass dish sprayed with Butter flavored pam.
Add shredded cheese to top.
Bake for 50 minutes at 375.
I cut into 12 nice size pieces.
