Pumpkin and Chocolate Oats

Ingredients
1/3 cup Rogers porridge oats1/4 cup canned pumpkin (NOT pumpkin pie filling)1 tbsp carob chips (or chocolate chips)1.5 tbsp chocolate almond butter1/4 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt1/4 tsp vanilla1/4 tsp cinnamon1/4 tsp nutmeg
Directions
Mix dry ingredients together; add wet ingredients and combine. Should look like oatmeal cookie dough. Refrigerate for 2-4 hours or overnight.

Makes one serving.
