Chicken breastMushroomsOnionRed Bell PepperBaby cornStir Fry SeasoningSoy SauceSugarOlive Oil
Directions
Cook chicken in oil until no longer pink on the outside. Add onions, cook for 2-3 minutes. Add mushrooms. Cook 2 minutes. Add pepper, baby corn, stir fry seasoning, soy sauce, and sugar. Cook until sauce thickens. Serve over brown rice.
