Chili Cinnamon Turkey Tacos

Ingredients
½ c chopped frozen onion2 tsp bottled minced garlic12 oz lean ground turkey breast1/4 c craisins1 tsp chipotle chili powder¾ tsp salt¼ tsp cinnamon1– 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes8 – 6” corn tortillas½ c. diced peeled avocado2 Tbsp slivered almonds toasted2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
Directions

• 1. Heat skillet over medium high heat. Add onion, garlic, turkey. Cook 4 min or until turkey is cooked and crumbles. Add craisins, chili powder, cumin, salt, cinnamon & tomatoes. Simmer 6 more minutes until thickened. Stir occasionally
• 2. Warm Tortillas on griddle or in foil in low temp oven.
• 3. Serve turkey with tortillas, garnish with cilantro, avocado and almonds.
