Easy Microwave Lasagna

Ingredients
2 15 ounce cans Tomato Sauce1 tsp Basil1 pound Gound turkey, cooked and drained1 tsp Salt1 6 ounce can Tomato Paste1/2 tsp Oregano1/8 tsp Garlic powder1 cup Water3 cups Cottage Cheese, Nonfat1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated1 large Egg2 T Parsley500 grams Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese (about 4.5 cups)Lasagna Noodles, 8 ounces dry (8 noodles)
Directions
Makes 12 servings total, 6 per 8x8 pan.

Microwave 1 lb ground turkey on high 5-6 minutes, stirring to break up pieces. Drain. Stir in tomato sauce, tomato paste, salt, basil, oregano, garlic powder and water. Microwave on high 4-5 minutes, covered, until boils.

Combine separately and mix well 4.5 cups cottage cheese, parmesan cheese, egg, and parsley.

Pour enough sauce to cover bottom of 2 8x8 glass dishes, spread evenly. Place 3 across uncooked lasagna noodles on top. Cover with 1/4 (per pan) of other mixture. Spoon 1 c sauce over cheese. Sprinkle with 1 cup (per pan) shredded mozzarella. 3 across uncooked noodles on top, top with remaining cottage cheese mixture, another cup of mozzarella and tomato sauce. Cover tightly with plastic wrap.

Microwave on high 10 minutes, then at 50% power for another 10 minutes. Remove plastic wrap, sprinkle with 2 T Parmesan cheese. Microwave on high until cheese melts. let stand 10 minutes.
