Chicken Green Chile Soup

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 breast, bone and skin removedChicken Broth, 10 cup (80 fl oz)Limes, 1 fruit (2" dia) Garlic, 4 cloves Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Brown Rice, medium grain, 1 cup Extra Light Olive Oil, 2 tbsp Cilantro, raw, 5 tbsp RoTel Canned tomatoes, 1 cup Lawrys seasond salt, 1 tsp Green Chiles Mild Diced Sfwy Brand, 8 oz ground cumin, 1.50 tsp
Directions
Place oil into a large dutch oven over medium heat. Saute onion for 5 minutes then add in garlic; cook for 1 minute. Stir in chicken broth, tomtoes, green chilies, chicken breast, rice, lime juice and seasonings. Cook for 5 minutes; taste and season according to your liking. Right before serving add chopped cilantro.
