Green Chili Stew

  • Number of Servings: 12
Ingredients
1 lb chicken breast, no skin1 tbsp olive oil4 medium potatoes2 cups zucchini, sliced 8 oz green chiles 1 tsp salt1 tsp garlic6 cups water
Directions
Cut up chicken into 1" pieces.
Brown in oil.
Add all other ingredients into a slow cooker and simmer for 4-6 hours.

    Sounds good, but there are so many questions I have...

    -High or low setting on the slow cooker?
    -You leave the chilis in whole, seeds and stems too? Do we take those out when it's done?
    -Are the potatoes peeled? How big should they be cut up?
