Easy Potato Soup - 1 WW Pt

Ingredients
Frozen Hash Browns - O'Brien or Southern Style - 32 ozChicken Broth - Fat Free - 48 ozCountry Gravy Mix - 1 pkg (makes 3 1/2 cups)
Directions
I did this in a crock pot, but it could be cooked on the stove just as easily.

Stir all ingredients together and cook until potatoes are soft. The longer you cook it, the more the potatoes will cook down and thicken the soup.

Makes about 8 1-cup servings
