Spaghetti Squash and Broccoli

Ingredients
3 cups cooked Spaghetti Squash1 cup frozen chopped Broccoli2 TBSP Smart Balancegarlic powder, salt, & pepper to taste1/2 c mozzarella, shredded
Directions
Over medium heat saute squash and broccoli in smart balance. Season with garlic powder, salt, & pepper to taste. Spread evenly around pan, cook until edges are brown, this will caramelize the squash some. Top with cheese and allow to melt.

Serves 2.

    I love spaghetti squash and I love broccoli. And I even love cheese. But the three of these together just didn't hit my palate. I've now got a lot of leftovers though. I'll update if it tastes better tomorrow. - 10/10/12
