Southwest Chicken Fajita Salad

Ingredients
Iceberg Lettuce (salad), chopped 1 Can Yellow Sweet Corn1 Can Beans, black 1 100 calorie packet of Guacamole - Wholly Guacamole 2 Chicken BreastSalsa1 Yellow Onion chopped or sliced 1 Yellow bell peppers chopped or sliced1/2 cup Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded1 packet Old El Paso Fajita Seasoning MixKraft Ranch Salad Dressing
Directions
1. slice or chop the Onions and pepper and place in a non-stick skillet on a low heat to slowly sweat and soften.
2. season the thawed chicken breast with the seasoning
3. grill the chicken breast
4. place lettuce, corn, black beans, onions, and peppers on a plate
5. slice chicken breast into strips and place onto the salad
6. sprinkle cheese on the salad
7. place a serving of guacamole on the salad
use the salsa and ranch as dressing.
I pour the salsa on the salad and dip my fork in the ranch to limit the amount of dressing I use.
