Crispy chicken leg - Suz

Ingredients
Chicken Leg, 12 *Progresso Italian Bread Crumbs, 1 cup *Flour, white, 1 cup Egg, fresh, 2 large Milk, nonfat, .5 cup
Directions
Put flour, bread crumbs and egg/milk mixture in 3 seperate bowls. Dredge chicken in flour, then egg/milk, then bread crumbs. Salt and pepper to taste. Add hot sauce to egg/milk mixture if desired.

Spray pan with cooking spray. Place chicken in pan (use 2 if needed). Sprinkle with papricka. Bake at 350 for 30 min. turn and bake additional 30 min.
